We offer residential cleaning at bi-weekly, weekly, and monthly frequencies.
Do you Provide The cleaning Products?
Yes, we provide and use top of line cleaning products, including chemical free Norwex! However, we ask you supply paper towels so no germs are spread from place to place.
Let us know if there are certain products you’d like us to use.
HOW OFTEN WILL YOU CLEAN MY HOME OR BUSINESS?
If you are a residential customer we offer weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or one time cleanings. Just let us know how often you’d like us to visit.
If you are a business or comercial organization our cleanings are customized just for your needs.
WHAT SEPARATES SOUTHERN CHARMED FROM OTHER CLEANERS?
Each member of our staffed is honest, bonded, insured, background checked, and personally trained by the owner. Our goal is simply to give you more time to relax, and your statisfiaction is guaranteed.
HOW DO I PAY?
If you are a residential customer we ask you pay at the time of service. We accept cash, check, PayPal and Venmo.
If you are a business or commerical account you will recieve an invoice at the beginning of each month for that month’s cleaning. Please note, payment is expected 5-7 days after the invoice is received.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE A CLEANING?
If you need to reschedule or cancel a cleaning just inform us within 24 hours of the initially scheduled time.
Please be aware appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before services will be charged 40% of the cleaning fee for the service scheduled.
Cancellation fees are due at time of cancellation. We will do our best to reschedule the appointment but cannot guarantee availability.
ARE MY CLEANINGS CONFIDENTIAL?
All clients and businesses are provided a confidentiality agreement to ensure your privacy and trust.
